1. What if I can’t make it to an event?
No worries, I’ll make sure you still get a lovely surprise! If you can’t attend, you can choose to receive a surprise gift instead. I have a curated selection of skincare and makeup items just for you! Simply indicate your preference on the event confirmation form. As I have your address already, will ship it to you during your Birthday Month.
2. Can I choose one of your regular services instead of the event or gift?
No, unless the gift is a discount on one of my regular services. The events and gifts are tailored exclusively for the loyalty program to make each experience unique and special. These surprises are thoughtfully designed just for members like you.
3. Can I redeem my gift as cash or a voucher?
No, the loyalty gifts aren’t redeemable for cash or vouchers. Each item or experience is a carefully selected treat meant to celebrate you.
4. Can I exchange my surprise gift for something else?
Each month, I handpick a unique selection of products from partner brands, specifically for the loyalty program. While exchanges aren’t possible, each gift is chosen with love and as we’ve already met, I’ll try my best to pick something to add to your beauty routine!
5. Can I transfer my gift or event invitation to someone else?
The loyalty program surprises are made just for you, as a thank-you for being part of this community, so they are non-transferable.
