Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing my makeup services. Please read through the following booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Booking Process:

  • Bookings can be made via email, text, or WhatsApp.
  • Private client bookings may also be made through my Beacons site.
  • For Beacons bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • For email / text / WhatsApp bookings: A CHF 100 booking fee will be invoiced to secure your date and time. This fee will be applied toward your final balance. In case that I’ll be responsible for organising location, the reservation fee for the location will be also invoiced with service booking fee.
 

Service Location:

  • Services are provided on location at an agreed studio, your location, or your home.
  • Clients are responsible for organizing a suitable location that meets hygienic standards.
  • I reserve the right to cancel the service on the spot if the location does not meet these standards (e.g. tight humid spaces).
 

Health and Safety:

If you or anyone in your household is sick, please notify me as soon as possible. We can reschedule the appointment or, if suitable, switch to an online consultation. Even mild illness affects my ability to serve clients safely so your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

Cancellation Policy:

For Bookings Made via Email / Text / WhatsApp

  • More than 7 days before the appointment: Booking fee is refunded.
  • Within 7 days of the appointment: Booking fee becomes non-refundable.
  • Less than 48 hours before the appointment: Booking fee non-refundable + 50% of the remaining service fee will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Booking fee non-refundable + 100% of the remaining service fee will be charged.

 

For Bookings Made via Beacons

  • More than 7 days before: full refund.
  • Within 7 days: 100 CHF withheld as non-refundable booking fee; remainder refunded.
  • Less than 48 hours: 50% of the total service fee charged.
  • Less than 24 hours: 100% of the total service fee charged.
 
Cancellations of location
 
In case I am responsible for organising a location for the service, cancellation policy of the location will apply. I’ll share it with the client in the service confirmation email.
 
Cancellations by the Artist
 
Should I need to cancel for any reason, all payments made up to that point will be fully reimbursed.
