Thank you for choosing my makeup services. Please read through the following booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Booking Process:

• Bookings can be made through email, text, or WhatsApp message.
• You can also book for private clients through my Beacons site.

Service Location:

• Services are provided on location at an agreed studio, your location, or your home.
• Clients are responsible for organizing a suitable location that meets hygienic standards.
• I reserve the right to cancel the service on the spot if the location does not meet these standards (e.g., lack of a toilet, tight humid spaces).

Health and Safety:

• If you or someone in your household is sick, please inform me as soon as possible.
• We can reschedule the appointment or switch to an online consultation.
• Even a mild cold can significantly impact my ability to work, so your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the total fee.
