Booking Policy

This booking policy applies to private clients and non-commercial services. Commercial and production bookings are subject to a separate agreement, which will be provided with the quote.

Thank you for choosing my makeup services. Please read the following booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for both parties.

Booking Process

Bookings can be made via the booking form, email, text message, or WhatsApp.

Once the service is confirmed via email, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

The total service fee includes a booking fee of CHF 100, which forms part of the full payment and is subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

Service Location

Services are provided on location at an agreed studio, your location, or your home.

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space that meets basic hygienic and safety standards. I reserve the right to cancel the service on the spot if the location does not meet these standards (for example: tight or humid spaces, or visible presence of mold). In such cases, the service fee is non-refundable.

Health and Safety

If you or anyone in your household is unwell, please notify me as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we can reschedule the appointment or, if suitable, switch to an online consultation.

Even mild illness can affect my ability to work safely with clients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Modification of Appointments

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the date, time, or location of a booked service.

Any modifications must be communicated as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This notice period allows me to reorganize my calendar and allocate adequate time and resources to your booking.

If changes to the date, time, or location are communicated within 24 hours of the scheduled service start, I reserve the right to cancel the service. In such cases, the appointment will be considered a client-initiated cancellation, and the service fee is non-refundable.

Delays and Lateness

Please ensure that the service can start at the agreed time.

If the start of the service is delayed due to the client or third parties, the service duration may be shortened accordingly, and the final result cannot be guaranteed.

Delays exceeding 15 minutes may be considered a cancellation. In such cases, the service fee remains payable and non-refundable.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing the service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions, public transport disruptions, road closures, medical emergencies, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the appointment: Full refund
Within 7 days of the appointment: The booking fee of CHF 100 becomes non-refundable
Less than 48 hours before the appointment: 50% of the service fee will be refunded
Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Service fee is non-refundable

Cancellation of Location

If I am responsible for organizing a location for the service, the cancellation policy of the location applies. This policy will be shared with the client in the service confirmation email.

Cancellation by the Artist

Should I need to cancel the service for any reason, all payments made up to that point will be fully reimbursed.

Photography and Usage Rights

With the client’s consent, I may photograph the completed makeup for portfolio or promotional purposes, such as website or social media use. No images will be shared without prior approval.
